Good quality, size issues
I bought a velvet dress and a satin slip. The velvet dress was a nice surprise, felt pretty good and looked like the picture online. The satin slip, however, ran really small, so I had to send it back. Returns were straightforward enough, but I still had to pay for return shipping which was annoying. Customer service replied within a day about the return process. Overall, mostly happy with the velvet dress, just wish sizing was more consistent across items.
